Designer's Note

Experience Tranquility Through Timeless Design

Inspired by the historical fabric of batik, the kawung motif represents perfection, purity and holiness — an extension a Javanese word for "empty". It symbolizes the emptiness of worldly allurement, resulting in one's harmony to self. Weaving this design into an everyday piece serves as a lovely homage to the profound symbolism imbued within the motif.
