Shipping FAQ

Shipping (In Stock)

We offer free Continental US shipping on our object collection on orders of $200+.

Your shipping options will be determined by the contents of your basket and shown to you at checkout.

If your order includes a combination of large items and small items, they may be dispatched separately for your convenience.

Shipping (Made to Order)

We ship worldwide using a variety of parcel and freight carriers, and delivery method varies on the size of the piece. 

United States: Please refer to the shipping cost provided during checkout.

Rest of the World: Please request shipping quotation by selecting “Inquire” on the specific product page.

The delivery period commences when the carrier picks up the order. Shipment and delivery dates provided are approximations and subject to variation based on the carrier, product, and location. Upon completion of the handmade product, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent, including the tracking number.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all products can be delivered to the intended destination. No returns are accepted if an item cannot fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, or around tight corners. Rumma is not responsible for failed shipments, delivery issues, or the expenses associated with re-delivery. 

If your order is over 100 lbs or you live in an apartment building or have other entry logistical challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery.

All products are meticulously handmade, and expedited orders are not available.

Return

We are here to assist you – kindly inspect your item(s) upon delivery and retain the packaging if you are contemplating a return. If any issues arise with your order, please contact us via email within seven (7) days of receiving it.

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for you. Contact us at: hello@rummahome.com.

Returns must be received in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds for returns with a receipt will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Ensure that you keep the original packaging materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for return purposes.

Returns are accepted through mail only, and shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless there are manufacturing defects or transit damage.

A restocking charge equivalent to 10% of the total purchase price will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees will be waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges are not available for natural variations in the material.

Upon return, your item will undergo inspection, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be processed based on the purchase price. Tax will be refunded following applicable laws. Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items not in like-new condition due to misuse or damage caused by the customer.

Keep in mind that furniture is susceptible to damage during shipping, so it is crucial to retain and use the original packaging materials for any items you intend to return.

Cancellation

We understand things come up, so we make canceling your order easy. Get in touch with us quickly if you need to make a change.

For made-to-order items, you may cancel up to 48 hours after placing your order. After this, we will deduct a 50% cancellation fee from your refund amount.
